How is this economically possible? Three reasons:

1. AI as a multiplier. AI does the work that 3-4 juniors used to do: research, data analysis, document drafts, metric tracking. One senior with AI tools is more productive than a senior with 5 juniors.

2. Partner network, not payroll. Our 6 partners aren't employees with fixed salaries. They're independent professionals who bill per engagement. No office overhead, no bureaucracy, no management layers.

3. Controlled volume. We don't take 50 simultaneous clients like a big firm. We take few clients and give them total attention. We prefer 5 happy clients over 50 mediocre ones.
